Je dr\u017eitelem \u0159ady ocen\u011bn\u00ed z\u00a0n\u00e1rodn\u00edch a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed. V roce 1990 byl za\u0159azen na pr\u00e9miovou listinu \u010cesk\u00e9ho hudebn\u00edho fondu. V\u00a0r. 1993 zah\u00e1jil svoji pedagogickou \u010dinnost na pardubick\u00e9 konzervato\u0159i, kde od r. 2007 vede kytarov\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed. Jeho studenti obsazuj\u00ed \u010deln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky v\u00a0n\u00e1rodn\u00edch i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch kytarov\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch (140 cen, 56 prvn\u00edch cen). Spolupracuje s\u00a0hudebn\u00edmi nakladatelstv\u00edmi, je pravideln\u011b zv\u00e1n do porot kytarov\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed, na kytarov\u00e9 festivaly a semin\u00e1\u0159e.\u00a0V roce 2010 se stal \u010dlenem \u201eD\u00b4Addario family\u201c. Jako s\u00f3lista i \u010dlen r\u016fzn\u00fdch komorn\u00edch seskupen\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji s houslistou Bohuslavem Matou\u0161kem, violistou Milanem \u0158eh\u00e1kem, a tak\u00e9 jako \u010dlen kytarov\u00e9ho kvarteta \u201eGuitar4mation\u201c, koncertoval v\u00a0mnoha evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch. \u0158ada sn\u00edmk\u016f vznikla ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0\u010cesk\u00fdm rozhlasem, rozhlasovou a televizn\u00ed stanic\u00ed ORF. Nato\u010dil dv\u011b s\u00f3lov\u00e1 CD, dal\u0161\u00ed CD s\u00a0violistou M. \u0158eh\u00e1kem a t\u0159i CD s\u00a0kytarov\u00fdm kvartetem \u201eGuitar4mation\u201c. Je \u0159editelem projektu \u201eKytara Kutn\u00e1 Hora\u201c, kter\u00fd mimo jin\u00e9 zahrnuje festivaly \u201eKytarov\u00e1 noc\u201c a \u201eMezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed kytarov\u00e9 bien\u00e1le \u00a0Kutn\u00e1 Hora\u201c nebo ud\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed ceny \u201eMlad\u00fd kytarista roku\u201c.<\/p>\n<\/div>
